Pretty darn cool! She and her helpers did an awesome job.

Amazing what can be done when we think beyond “this is how it’s always been done.” So much suffering in the world can be wiped out just by educating people whether in person or via video just like this. Videos like this do make the world a better place.

Thanks for sharing this with us.

What a great idea. This could be used anywhere, especially Africa, India and Asia. All the materials are well in abundance (well, maybe not the great top soil).

It is also a great way to increase the area that you can grow food by making the garden vertical. Water loss will also be minimized as many plants will get to use it before it leaves the bag. Perfect.

The problem is the solution (the bag is garbage, and it is also the solution)

great idea . the dirt she has looks rich. here in Florida my yard is basically beach sand. had to buy hundreds of bags of fertilizer and top soil .
I look at dirt like this and get jealous

She speaks English really well, and I love her accent! I never heard of bag gardens before. It’s a very clever idea, a great way to grow lots of food in a small area. I encourage anyone with a bit of land to make either a keyhole or a bag garden. With food prices soaring, it will become imperative for us to become as self-reliant as possible.
