There's always some goji berries, shelled hemp seeds and cacao nibs in my bag.
Sometimes I also like to take a bottle of water with some lemon or lime and a tiny bit of celtic sea salt.

We need to get rid of lawns. The resources spent on lawns in this country is equivalent to the total resources spent on the entire agricultural industries of three to four continents. The agricultural system is possibly a bigger threat to the environment than global warming, the food is not healthy, the animals are raised in tortuous conditions, and the workers are some of the most exploited in any industry. But everyone thinks it's the breadbasket to the world because that's what we're told.
